Follow the email prompts to complete registration.
Create a password and log into your account.
Enter your details.
Enter your child's details.
Enter your preferred service details.
Wait until the we contact you to offer a position.
Accept the position and complete the enrolment form.
Your child is now enrolled!
What is My Family Lounge?
My Family Lounge is a parent portal providing access for parents to manage their waitlist and enrolments with child care service providers around Australia. Parents can register to go on a services waitlist, accept offers and complete enrolment forms all from a centralised location. Parents can also manage their ongoing bookings at the service including requesting changes to booked days and managing casual bookings using the My Family Lounge App.
Step 1
Log into your My Family Lounge account and tell us all about you, your child and what you need so we can help you.
Step 2
For NEW families to My Family Lounge, click on the REGISTER button above. You will then be taken through the registration process to create your My Family Lounge account.
Step 3
If you have requested permanent bookings, we will come back to you within 48hours and advise if we have a place available for your child. If we do have a place, we will make you an offer and ask you to accept the offer and complete and submit the enrolment form in the My Family Lounge portal.
